Overview:

The Howardson Group are looking to recruit an experienced mechanical engineer to join the Hunter Grinders division of the company.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate competence in all aspects of the role which would include production, delivery, installation, training, servicing new & existing fleets of Hunter Grinder machines (demo, tournament support & sales).

Full training will be provided to the right candidate. An aptitude for engineering/ manufacturing as well as a desire to travel and have a customer facing position as a must.

Responsibilities:

• Building products to the correct standard and on time.
• Ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and processed correctly.
• Delivery and Installation of Hunter Grinder Machinery
• Servicing, demo and tournament support of Hunter Grinder Machinery.
• Correct usage and storage of production tools and equipment.
• Comply with the company’s health and safety policy.
• Other company activities as required.

Experience & Skills:

• Full and clean driving licence
• ‘Can do’ attitude is the most important!
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Attention to detail.
• Preferred
  • Excellent dexterity
  • Ability to understand assembly drawings
  • Experience within a similar role
• Servicing experience preferable.
• Willingness to travel UK and overseas for both customer installations, servicing and shows.
• Pro-active

• Strong sense of good customer service
