Position: Greenkeeper/Groundstaff

📍 Swindon Sports Facility (with potential work at other sites)

💷 £12.50 – £15 per hour (increases available with experience & qualifications)

📜 Zero-hours contract or contracted | Flexible shifts

🕒 Minimum of 30 hours per month, can be increased up to full-time employment

International Greenkeepers For Hire Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Greenkeepers / Grounds Staff. If you have a passion for maintaining outdoor sports facilities and enjoy varied, physical work, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

• Carry out general groundskeeping and greenkeeping duties
• Maintain sports pitches, landscapes and outdoor areas to a high standard
• Work may include turf maintenance activities, renovations, line marking, pitch repair, cleaning, and event preparation
• Flexible hours depending on project needs (Monday to Sunday availability required)
• Based in Swindon, with occasional travel to other local sites if suitable

• £12.50 – £15 per hour, reviewed annually in line with minimum wage (potential increases based on training and experience)

What We’re Looking For

• Practical, hands-on approach to outdoor work
• Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping or greenkeeping preferred (but not essential)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
• Willingness to travel to different work sites as required (expenses may be reimbursed for distances over 20 miles, at discretion)
• Access to travel arrangements
• Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
