£40,000 to £50,000 per year.

The Role

As a Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth construction, delivery and maintenance of our sports pitch projects. You will be involved in high profile sports projects at stadiums and training grounds for the World’s most famous clubs, helping us to deliver the finest pitches for FIFA, UEFA and the world’s biggest tournaments.

You’ll work closely with the Operations Director, Chief Operating Officer and installation or maintenance teams to manage the execution of projects. This role will require periods away from home for the duration of projects. Trips home will be built into scheduling where possible and periods of downtime in the quieter months results allow you to enjoy extended periods at home.

Key Responsibilities

• To manage and work with specialist installation teams to construct all aspects of sports pitches.
•  To manage multiple projects from execution, inception to completion and responsible for allocated project finances, procurement of plant and materials, procurement of subcontractors, health and safety, site management, labour planning, staff development and promoting quality.
• A focus on Health & Safety standards, procedures and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
