Description
Bath Golf Club founded in 1880 is one of England’s oldest courses, overlooking the World Heritage city of Bath sits 18 holes of historic downland golf. A proud Harry Colt course with a rich history.
We’re looking for an Assistant Greenkeeper to join our team, this is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a motivated and enthusiastic team within a forward thinking and supportive club.
The successful candidate will be someone with an eye for detail, will be a good communicator and team player and be passionate about their chosen career. This would be a great opportunity for anyone wishing to increase their knowledge and ability in Greenkeeping.
Ideally, we’d like to find someone with previous Greenkeeping experience and a Level 2 in Sports Turf, but we are willing to train anyone if we feel they are the right person for the position.
Applicants will need to desirably possess the following Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

Qualified Level 2 in sports turf

Passionate, enthusiastic and highly motivated

Excellent communicator and strong team player

Active Golfer (Desirable but not essential)

The ability to work individually and as part of a team

Salary Range:
Level 2 qualified + experience
£27500 – 28500 + Overtime (Realistic earning potential £31,000 – £32,000)
Unqualified (Depending on experience)
£25,500 – £27,000 + Overtime (Realistic earning potential £27,000 – £29,000)
